*We DO NOT take credit cards as payment for the cabins.
Cash, check or money order are acceptable forms of payment.
*A deposit is required to reserve the cabins.
*Deposit must be received within 8 days of booking. Refunded if
cancelled by noon 14 days before arrival.
Less than 14 day cancellation partial deposit refunded. Same day
cancellations same as "No Show"
*A Credit card number is required to hold the cabin until the deposit is
received.
To cancel a reservation call 918-804-4242 . No cancellations by e-mail
or left on the voice mail.
